The California State Railroad Museum is one of the biggest and most respected railroad museums in the United States. Just South of the "I" Street Bridge, the museum is conveniently located adjacent to the American River. The Museum features 21 authentic locomotives and coach cars, spread out over 225,000 square feet of exhibition space.
