This is one of the largest Chinese buffet selections I've seen in a long time. Quite a few Asian folks eating there, which I took as a good sign. But, the food which was supposed to be spicy wasn't anywhere close to being spicy. Some of the blandest Kung Pao and General Tso's I've eaten in years. After a while, I noticed a lot of things were under-spiced as well. Maybe too much Americanization of flavors.
