They kept assuring us that the car was 'on its way'. They showed up 90 minutes late, ruining our dinner out (leaving at 9pm is really different from leaving at 7:30pm) and charged us anyway! Wow. I have never been so blatantly lied to about a service. The driver said that he had let dispatch know at 6:30pm that he would not be able to make our pickup and the dispatch did nothing about it. They could have sent a different car or told us that they couldn't make it and we would have been able to get to our dinner reservations before the kitchen closed.

We had some friends come in from out of town and were looking for a nice tour of Amador Country Wineries. Our driver arrived 15 minutes early, was stocked with water, wineglasses, ice, and napkins (perfect for our on the road brunch!) and led us on a one-of-a-kind tour of stunning Amador wineries. Our friends were truly impressed with the sights ... and the limousine service! Thanks for making this a special day. Great job, Neumann Limo!

We had a huge party - two SUV limo's (Hummer and Escalade) and the new AMAZING party bus... the drivers were super nice and went way above and beyond our wildest expectations... I use Neumann on a regular basis for towncars and around town limo's for business clients - they're always on time, curteous and CLEAN!! We cannot thank Neumann enough for making our party a huge hit and success and for the everyday great service! Thanks!

The driver picking us up from the airport parked super far away in an un-lit area. It took us forever to find him! He wasn't waiting outside of the car, he had no sign. We had to start knocking on windows until we found the right car. Then, he had no idea where he was going. He drove us about 20 miles out of the way, then when we were approaching our house he asked for turn by turn instructions - totally inappropriate.
