This dentist is like going to a used car dealership. High priced sales tactics galore. They overcharged my family 5 times and on the 5th I complained to my insurance company. After 9 weeks of investigation (during which I was trying to work this out with this DDS - but she will not take phone calls or return them), the insurance company decided that i was overcharged and due a refund. I got a letter from the dentist (Judy Hoang) that they were dropping my family as patients. I would avoid this dentist. This is an unfortunately unethical dentist or she is removed from the process that her office staff is involved in.
